Crossfit Daily Medicine
January 31, 2017 @ 7:00 am - 8:00 am
An event every day that begins at 7:00am, repeating indefinitely
What better place to get healthy and fit than at the National Institutes of Health? CrossFit Daily Medicine trains at the Institute’s Building T-39, aka “The Loft,” on the south side of the Bethesda campus.
Because we know you’re busy (aren’t we all?) we offer classes from dawn to dusk so it’s easy to fit CrossFit into your schedule. We’ve got all kinds of athletes in our classes: newbies, elite athletes, firefighters, police officers, students, parents and more. No matter what shape you’re in right now, you’re going to feel right at home at CrossFit Daily Medicine.
We don’t just throw you into a class with a “Good Luck!” No way. At CrossFit Daily Medicine, we’re focused on lifelong functional fitness. So you’ll receive personal coaching from your first day onward. If you’ve ever felt lost in the crowd at a gym before, CrossFit Daily Medicine is the antidote. Our small group atmosphere is just what the doctor ordered.
Our coaches are focused on your lifelong functional fitness. They’ll give you their all as you’re transformed from who you used to be, to who you want to be! Small class sizes plus our highly experienced staff mean that you’ll get the personalized attention you need to excel here. Now that’s a winning combination you can get behind.
