YOGA FOR EVERY BODY – It’s never too late to begin to practice, heal your body from aches and pains and relax your mind. Come and tune into your body to increase strengths and flexibility and reduce stress. In this class, you’ll receive lots of personal attention while having fun.
Please be sure to bring a mat.

Thursday, October 12th – 12:15pm – 1pm – Yoga with Weights with Prema – RKL I, Rm. 5070

Through a combination of using free weights with specific yoga postures, this class will strengthen, tone, provide a cardio workout and increase endurance and flexibility. Classes begin with breathing exercise, warm-up yoga sequences, continuing with yoga movements with free-weights, yoga flow sequences (Vinyasa flow yoga), and ends with deep relaxation movements. Students should wear comfortable clothing and bring water. This class is for beginner and continuing yoga students.
