Minimum one month rent. Maximum initial renting agreement: 3 months; Potentially available for extension.
The master bedroom has one full size bed and one twin bed. It has its own private bathroom and a walk-in closet. From the window you can see the forest and have fresh air and a relaxing environment.

Commuting: 22 min drive south to NIH campus.
Public transportation available; bus and metro. Nearest metro is White Flynt on the Red line –
second stop north from the Medical Center metro station.
One parking spot is free, and you will need to register your vehicle with the administration in the first three days upon arrival and receive a parking sticker.
You will share the condo with a female professional working from home and her 4th grader
daughter, as well as their cat.
