Circuit Training with LaTanya

This exercise program involves aerobic exercise and total body muscle-strengthening using safe and effective fitness center exercise machines. The exercise routine includes a choice of five cardio machines (recumbent bike, upright bike, elliptical, stair climber and treadmill) and six strength machines (leg press, back row, chest press, Shoulder press, back extension and ab crunch.) In this workshop participants will learn how to use the equipment and how to customize an individual routine to meet his or her specific exercise objectives.
