Core Stretch Trigger Point is a combination of stretches with the use of foam roller, tennis and yoga balls for myofascial release. You will learn how to relax major muscle groups and address some common back, shoulder and knee issues. A hip release sequence stretch will follow to make you feel relaxed and ready to come back for more!
