Indoor Cycling Classes are a great way to maintain or improve your overall health and well-being as well as improve your outdoor cycling skills. The class outline strongly emulates outdoor cycling conditions and environment with emphasis on endurance and intervals to allow the participants to develop on all levels of cycling (strength, endurance, aerobic capacity).
