This class is intended for All Fitness Levels.  It provides instruction and training on a variety of kettlebell exercises for balance, cardio and strength. High Pulls, Squats, Deadlift Swings, Snatch, Swings, Bent Rows, Clean & Press, Stiff-legged Deadlifts, Resisted Ab Crunch & V-sits, Skaters, and  Renegade Rows
