PiYo Live is a strength fusion format that combines the athleticism of Pilates and yoga. You’ll perform a series of high-intensity, low-impact moves (no jumping, grunting or straining!) that will promote sweating, fat burning and work every single muscle on your body. This class is choreographed and taught barefoot on a mat. Bring your own mat.
