On your mark, get set, go!  Join us  to take a ride through the French Countryside as we take on some of the most awesome stages of the 2015 Tour de France.  The Tour de France is the world’s largest annual sporting event, lasting 3 grueling weeks and covering approximately 3,500km. We will complete a few stages of the tour (slightly shorter than the real ride of course!) on our indoor cycling bikes as we ride from the French shoreline to the hills in this journey that is designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building. Come find the inspiration you’ve been looking for to help you achieve your personal goals! This class is for the beginners as well as seasoned cyclists!
