Cardio Training – In this class participants learn how to progress first within a cardio level and then to the next level. After selecting one or more cardio machines on which to train (Treadmill (only), Treadmill & Elliptical or Elliptical (only)) and an appropriate starting level (Starter, Weight Loss, Road Ready, Trail Ready, Race Ready) participants receive instructions on how and when to increase the level of difficulty and fitness level over time.
