Stop by the Bldg. 31A Patio on Wednesday, October 31st from 11am – 1pm for a hair-raisingly good time with food, prizes, and treats!  Come in costume!  Be scary, be silly, be unique but above all else be creative…especially if you want to win a prize!  The “fangtastic” festivities will include trick-or-treating at the charity tables while learning how the organizations help people in our community and come out for a bite from local food vendors including Chix ‘n Stix,  Beef on the Street, and Captain Cookie and the Milkman.  Also visit Parti Pics Photo Booth and take pictures in costume or with props they provide.
