R&W NIH Fitness & Well-being Program is excited to offer this new great program Functional Fitness Training with CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach Eddie. We will begin with evening classes Monday – Friday from 5:30pm – 6:30pm.
We would like to expand the class offerings and need your feedback based on the options below on the class times that work for you.
Mornings: 6:30am – 7:30am or 7am – 8am
Noon: 12pm – 1pm
Evenings: 5:30pm – 6:30pm or 6pm – 7pm
