Once completed and returned, your application will be reviewed and you will be notified of a decision within 7-14 business days.
Shop from a wide selection of goods including produce, breads and cookies, olive oils, gourmet pickles, cupcakes, teas, spices, fresh flowers and more. Additional merchants will be added. Please come show your support. You can expect to see the following merchants at the R&W Community Market this year:
Food Trucks (March – October)
Food Trucks are limited to a select quantity each year. If you are interested in bringing your truck to NIH contact David Browne. Pre-approved trucks may also be invited to additional NIH events on the NIH Campus. Events coordinated by the R&W outside of NIH do not require pre-approval and anyone may be contacted regarding interest.

Will offer the highest quality of artisan breads, from Cheddar Jalapeno to Rustic Italian, and all-natural sweets like cookies, scones, and pound cakes as well as specialty items for different occasions. Between grain forward breads, seasonal sweets and special jams there is something for everyone.
Handcrafted popcorn and sweet treats…one batch at a time. We specialize in kettle corn, specialty flavored popcorn, and a variety of seasonal treats that are just right for special occasions, gifts and every day.
Has a dynamic selection of cupcakes and confections for any occasion. No matter what there is always a reason to indulge in the experience of Cupcakes Lounge! All products are made by hand and attention to detail is as important to Cupcakes Loungeas it is to their customers. Products contain as much local eggs and fruits as possible. Beekeepers from the Eastern Shore. We sell local raw honey, cream honey, pollen, blueberry, orange blossom and buckwheat raw honey. We offer our hand crafted beeswax candles, bar soap, infused botanical liquid soap, beeswax body salves(propolis, emu, neems, mango, lavender,arnica), body lotions, lip balms, tints, salt scrubs, natural deodorants, and organic tea. Shafa Blends is a woman-owned, family-run tea and spice company offering hand-crafted specialty tea, spice, herbal, and salt blends in small batches. “Shafa” means “healing” in Farsi; we create blends that make you better.
