“Step it Up” – Circuit Training Challenge with LaTanya

Are you up for the challenge? Grab your Co-worker and form a team of 4 and get ready. Teams will move from one exercise station to the next with little or no rest, performing 15-20 repetitions at each station.   Challenge includes cardio and strength training using free weights and steppers. Registration required – LaTanya at latanya.richards@nih.gov
