Cross Train Circuit with Charissa

This class is designed to always keep you and your body guessing! Props used include gymnastics rings, TRX, bands, barbells, balls, rowers, ropes, and more! The focus will be on total body strength and agility, flexibility and endurance. All levels are welcome as all exercises can be modified.
