This class introduces techniques for racking, swings, rowing and pressing. Techniques for cleaning and snatching will be introduced depending upon the skill of the class.

Intended for all fitness levels (no joint injuries) this class provides instruction and training on a variety of kettlebell exercises for balance, cardio and strength.  Exercises include High Pulls, Squats, Deadlift Swings, Snatch, Swings, Bent Rows, Clean & Press, Stiff-legged Deadlifts, Resisted Ab Crunch & V-sits, Skaters, and Renegade Rows.
