Intended for all fitness levels (no joint injuries) this class provides instruction and training on a variety of kettlebell exercises for balance, cardio and strength. Exercises include High Pulls, Squats, Deadlift Swings, Snatch, Swings, Bent Rows, Clean & Press, Stiff-legged Deadlifts, Resisted Ab Crunch & V-sits, Skaters, and Renegade Rows.
Uses medicine balls, stability balls, kettlebells, hand weights & body weight to train the major muscle groups of the body.
