In this fun, low-impact dance exercise class participants learn the basic elements of one or more dances such as Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Kompa, Kizomba and Semba.  Participants exercise both mind and body as they learn movement patterns that require connected coordination.  Dance exercise is an excellent way to reduce stress, burn calories and have fun!
